James possesses a wealth of experience, having spent his career working in top end restaurants such as Le-Manoir, Aubergine, The Oxo Tower, Wycombe Vineyard, and running Allium Restaurant and Tasting Room, an extraordinary Cotswold restaurant serving food of impeccable provenance, cooked with modernist techniques.

 

James has been Rated in the Good Food Guide and Michelin Guide since 2004 and  won multiple awards, including:
